Government is an important partner in making Pikesville a competitive place to do business. That’s why twice a year the Pikesville Chamber invites our delegates to talk to our members on what is happening on the governmental level that can/will affect businesses. In return, as they go into the General Assembly, they can advocate on behalf of our residents and business owners. These member-only events provide unique access to our leaders and are considered by some, the greatest benefit to membership.
Held in October, the Annual Update of the Pikesville Chamber of Commerce is one of the Chamber's largest attended events. Chamber leadership highlights the success of the past fiscal year, look ahead to the next, and install new board members, including Board President. Government officials also share insights on what is happening in Pikesville, within the business community and at large. Members and community officials come to share and shake hands. It's a great way to meet your business neighbor and set a course for the year ahead.
When it comes to business networking, our annual Mega Networking event provides an opportunity to go outside our area to meet face-to-face with prospects from a variety of industries. The Chamber partners with other chambers and business associations throughout Baltimore County to provide a chance for businesses to meet other businesses they may not get to meet at a Pikesville Chamber specific event.
